2024 ARW HALIBUT TOURNAMENT - JUNE 1, 2024 (Final Results)

Hi all,

ok, i can believe it is that time of the year again, but here we go! I love seeing everyone at our annual tournament so let me go ahead and put the date out there so we can get this party started.



UPDATE: May 30, 2024 Final Results

This years competition for the 2024 KING of THE WALL was brutal with tough fishing conditions but every one competed like true champions and battled to the end.
We had a great party after with smiles and laughter all around. A great raffle to support fishingforbeginners.

Tournament Results:
King of the Wall - Chai Saetern 30.75" @ 11.11 lbs
2nd Place - Coleman Crosby 29" @ 10.29 lbs
3rd Place - William Cody 28.5 @ 10lbs
We left the fish biting! Next year they wont' be so lucky!

I've been working on the kayak this last year, tricking it out, getting it out of drydock this next week and looking to score some Halibut this year and maybe do the tournament this year, Ron.

Keith, my vote for a change in start time would be 6am rather than 7, due to the 2:31am low tide. An extra hour of flood could prove to be the most productive part of the day.

I’ll open it up at 7 am. I just need there to be plenty of light for safety purposes.

Registration for the ARW Tournament is now OPEN. Weather this year looks to be amazing, and the halibut will be showing up in Mass pretty Soon.

This year we even have a DJ for the music at the event, and seminars available for those who are not Kayaking but want to enjoy the festivities.

Come out, enjoy the day, have a bbq, share a drink and hopefully you will be the NEXT KING OF WALL!!
