How do you guys clean your skulls, boiling?

I found boiling to not work well. Turns them rubbery and they deteriorate. Made a video on how I do it

Major harvest.  It was uni city at 1:21, including that fat one you bitchslapt to access the scallop.  I love uni but who needs it when you get a haul like dat gaddd dayum
