$100 from Amazon. Has onboard camera but plenty of power for a gopro. If I love it I'll upgrade and if I hate it what's $100?

Actually looks pretty cool for $100.  Camera quality is a bit sketchy & not sure if parts can readily be found but a fun toy for $100 never the less.

The parts are everywhere for almost nothing. I was pretty shocked at how cheap they were.
