I don't mind drone flying above me at a distance. nothing wrong honestly. they provide some nice footage for us to view.

It seems to me that if you go to a public place there is a reasonable expectation that someone my be there taking photographs. Kind of the same thing in my book, as long as they're not being obnoxious about it. You want to waste battery power on me, go ahead.

Many years ago I read an article about PETA doing essentially the same thing to group of American hunters in Canada. Their objective was for the hunter to lose his cool, the people they chose didn't lose their cool, and if I recall their hunt was a wash as every animal for about hundred miles was chased off. Recently a man shot down a drone and got in trouble with the law. The rules for drones are not clear yet, and a lot of people are taking drone flight to extremes. We will be seeing more of these in the future.
