8/24 Cold water self rescue clinic...

Great time and I believe 14 showed up.  Thanks again Sean.  Lots of info and suggestions on helping injured kayakers along with equipment suggestions that I never even thought of. 

Went diving after class and apparently there was more water in my hull than I thought and rolled the kayak over again.  Not on purpose this time but just calmly flipped it back and jumped in without a second thought.

Left my weight belt on the beach...darn it.
It's green leads on a rubber belt if anyone found it.

I saw it on the bilkhead rockwall thing by a boulder....

It was really nice to meet all of you. Just as I expected everyone very cool. I'm stoked to be a part of the cool kids.    Sorry I couldn't join you guys in the water and leaving early, sea sickness got the better of me.    Next time I'm overloading myself with meclizine before the big blue trip to be sure.
