Working, but fishing in my head

Lotsa boats off Monterey today. FAC and forecasted temps in the 80s too...

I am looking at the weather report for Monterey right now, and I am wishing I was OTW with those NCKA's lucky enough to be out there and not working.  To those fishing SWS today-Please save me a big ling OK?

Somebody said they caught a 40" ling.  They were going to measure and release it.  I think the guys on the outside did good.  I stayed inside, boated a 25" ling, retrieved the octopus from its stomach for bait and then fumbled him while putting him in the bag .  This event might show on the GoPro video later. 

I got a little excited.  Only measured 35" but was really heavy.
