Yeah I went and looked at it and it was a total piece, might have been decent if it hadn't sat in the backyard under a bunch of heavy stuff.
It was pretty beat up fiberglass
Not even sure It was lakeworthy so we didn't get it. Helped the lady move it and rinsed it off for her though. I went down to aquan because we were in the area and the manager explained why I need a prowler or similar model for open ocean, I will keep looking and I'm always willing to offer labor and cash for a kayak. Thanks guys

EG...Dale L is selling a boat. Look in classifieds. Good deal ($250) for a good boat.

I have just acquired a new/old boat, so my "buddy boat" is available. It's a Scrambler XT.

I'd rather not sell it to you, because I think you should wait till you can afford a better boat. It's not a bad kayak, just not as good as the newer faster boats. Lots of folks love em till they outgrow them.

But...I would be happy to loan it to you for the season, if you want to pick it up in Santa Cruz.

PM me if that helps.
Always willing to join others in the Monterey/Santa Cruz/Half Moon Bay area for a bit of fishing...feel free to contact me.
