Hey Jack kwonsoo Kim, I hope you didn't mind us yakkin on over to you guys.  It was our first time there and we had no idea of where to go.  Nice looking matching yaks you guys had.  After you 2 went in we found a nice rise and the firsh were stacked on top of it.  Had 3 fish in 5 minutes, well 2 fish after the olive shot through my mirage drive hole.  Yes, that cabby was a brute.

I guess there are so many ncka members that we'll just have to say hi to everyone : )

Kelp anchor ordered, looking for my fishfinder/gps combo unit next.

Hell, half the fun of this stuff is all the accessories you get to order.  Better than going to the hardware store : )

YakOn....

Hey Jerry, FYI for future SWS trips beware of the MLPA there. The SE corner comes starts pretty close to where the kelp beds will be forming. Not much kelp there right now, but its between 70 and 80ft of water about 1/2 mile from shore. I was checked there more than once by DFG last year as I was close to MLPA but was OK.

 goodluck, aka-kimo

http://www.dfg.ca.gov/mlpa/ccmpas_list.asp#pinnacles

You'd have to paddle out into open water westward of Pescadero Pt for at least half-mile before encountering the SMR. And you can tell where the Pinnacles are located because they're kinda marked by an isolated kelp paddy, numerous commercial diveboats, and breaking waves if the swell is 8+ft. Avoid that area. All the more reason to buy more toys = FF & GPS lol!
