I too have the 11.5" balloons from Wheeleez and can get both wheels and the cart frame into the front hatch of my T-13, with room to spare for a dry bag of cloths.  The cart goes in folded up goes in along one side of the hull and slides forward up next to the battery bag.  You have to offset the foam pads on the cart so that you can fold it flatter.  Just slide one set outward, and the other set inward so they clear each other when folded.

For the wheels you have to remove the air from the wheels and mash them in towards the sonar shield with the rims facing "bow to stern".  The first wheel goes in and then pushed over and behind the cart. The second wheel goes in, and pushed in next to the first one.  Both wheels without air can be pushed back far enough to leave a pretty good sized area in the front for extra cloths, or even your lunch.  In fact they can be pushed back to the point, they are completely clear of the hatch opening.

I carry a valve stem puller that I made, and few extra stems, as well as a small lightweight bicycle hand pump. Takes a bout 1 minute to air up each tire. And bout the same for removing the air.   I've used this setup successfully where I had to walk the kayak 2 miles up the beach to a swell protected beach that is inaccessable by vehicle (legally anyway).  Took the few minutes to remove the air and stuff everything inside.  Spent the day on the water, without any parts of the cart on deck, nor stashed in the weeds on shore somewhere.

Guess I better add a few pics to show how this is done.  I pulled my kayak and Wheeleez cart out to photo walk through the process.

Slide one set of pads close together, and the others away from each other to get the cart to close tighter.

Flip the cart over with the kickstand facing out, and feed one axle in towards the stern.

Now slide the cart all the way foward at possible one side of the hull.

Now remove the valve stem.  If doing this on sand, ya may want to remove the stem over the hatch cover laid upside down in the sand.

Using my knee I push out as much air as I can.

Reinstall the valve stem.  Again ya may want to be doing this over the hatch lid so ya don't loose the stem in the sand.

Now cram that sucker in on the same side as the cart, and push it way back there.

I mean WAYYYYY back there.

Time for the second wheel.

At this point there is plenty of room to just toss it in full of air.

And add a dry bag of goods.

Or go ahead and remove the stem, and press out the air like the other wheel.

Without the addition of the flush mount rod holder, this wheel will easily go back as far as the other wheel did.

Now there is still tons of room in the hatch for a couple of dry bags or other gear.

Yep its all in there. I think this shot shows the cart, and both wheels behind the two bags.

Oh, and before I forget...here is the tiny bike pump I use.  It actually pumps air in both the "push" and "pull" directions.

The seat pad is from Surf to Summit.  Works awesome under my Surf to Summit GTS Airwave.

The rod pod lid was created because the stock one was too flimsy for a seal, and would cave in on me when I sat side saddle in the lake.  This was my first time playing with fiberglass, and felt it came out better than I anticipated.   I made it with a dual edge so it litterally wraps around the opening on the outside, as well as on the inside.  Seals tight for Oregon surf crossings.

The 6" center hatch was the first addition to it, then came the little tackle tray and finally the cup holder.  The tackle tray was a section out of an office drawer organizer gooped into place.  The cup holder was some kind of plastic cup that I found at Goodwill for $0.99.  The 6" center hatch is great for reaching in the hull and grabbing my small tackle bags (about the size of fanny packs).  Each one has different stuff in, yet none of them can slide anywhere out of reach down there, even if I flip the yak over.

You can up on how I fabbed it here at NWKA.
