Wonderful recap-report, Phil.  Thanks for correcting me months ago when I called you Rob (hi, jrsyboy  :smt001).  I don't get the chance to meet as much of the brotherhood as you all down in the Bay Area do, and it's things like this:

Even did some Abking-ing!
that I love and appreciate.   Thanks for the props.  :smt001

You've shown great energy and skill and shared it so well with all of us, always in a warm and engaging way.  Thank you.  I look forward to year 2, and hopefully we'll have the chance to go kayaking together.

Hi NB,

It looks like your 1st year was a good one.  I would be happy to have a fraction of the success that you have had after my first year.  I (we) are having a good start.  I bought my new P15 a few weeks ago (thanks Mooch) and my son bought his about 15 minutes after I got mine.  There are now 5 kayaks at my house for everyone ages 13 to 54 and we are all having a ball beginning with bendo at mendo with my 2 boys (I had to borrow a kayak.  Thanks Frank).  We have met a few NCKA members and I can honestly say that this is the greatest group of people on the planet.  We are looking foward to many adventures in the future and are planning to "pimp our yaks" soon.

Hope to see you soon,
PaulR

Thanks everyone! Yes, it has been a very productive year (we got married as well!!).

I hope to fish with many more of you soon. Jed, you're right, with the current trout fiasco I think I will be spending a lot of time in the delta this winter.

Adam, I have taken many baby steps these last 12 months, but I am still terrified of The Bean. Well, just sharks. Maybe next year. Maybe.
