Finally...

   Here's a little hint....pay cash and take the price tags off the gear in the store parking lot before going home. In my case I have a very generous brother and son who seem to buy me  some really cool fishing gifts............for no apparent reason. When asked about all the rods hanging in the shop I answer......half of those are Patricks and some are my brothers. My brother's garage looks the same and he uses a similar excuse. For Christmas we always seem to get tackle from an unknown uncle back east.           Just kidding around.........she's smarter than  any thing I can come up with!

I took it up to Ice House yesterday and got several hits, and had 1 LDR, but nothing stuck... I am not used to fishing blind...
Got hung up on the bottom 4 times...

Hey LD! Good luck at the Crystal Basin lakes. Been drooling over those lakes for years; only fished from shore and an aluminum boat. But my parents live in Shingle Springs so next visit, I'm bringing the yak! I'll have to hit you up. I know Tote live up that way too.
