Wow, that is a very cool gesture, Zack!
C'mon guys, this is a good opportunity to provide some feedback to one of the Bay Area's premier tackle shops. I'll start the list: plastic flush-mount rod holders, a variety of leashes, small-boat anchors, drift chutes, water pump, pool noodles LOL, deck rigging equipment, thru-hull adapters for electronics, Micro-RAM mount accessories, Scotty gear, .......

Granted, I haven't been to Mels for about 8 years. So they might already stock these items. But I DO still have my Buck's Bags float tube that I bought there in 1996.

Windtoys in Santa Rosa has lots of hobie kayaks and ram fish mounts and scotty rod holders and bait tanks    they also have the three pound folding anchors anchor trollies plus fish finder and other fishing accessories

Unfortunately there isn't a store that REALLY know kayak fishing.  Having a few doo-dads in stock doesn't mean you know anything.  Hopefully someday someone will take my old idea and bring it back to life with a storefront etc.
