I pulled an Allen!

Ran in a half marathon this last Sat morning.  Managed to 'hobble' in with a 43rd place overall. My reward was both legs with level two strained thigh muscles. Walking is not a fun time right now. Doc says 3 -4 weeks of no lifting, running, or physical activity.   :smt013 I now remember why I was a swimmer and not a runner.

If someone drags my boat to the water's edge I'll be good right?  :smt100
