Truck was recovered! 2 occupants were detained and due to their illegal immigration status, were released with no charges

you do not need to be a citizen to be arrested..

Not cute, not opinion, happened to my son and is ongoing. His tools and stuff keep showing up for sale and nothing is done at all! Ya, you always have something to say. but that's just how you are. Bakersfield and Visalia police can suck it! Driver and passenger were released and truck was impounded. $500.00 to get it back... $4000 in  marked tools specifically for solar installation being sold off on marketplace... Police wont even respond to active ads!
