Ha!  As often happens, it seemed much more epic at the time!  I will do that though and put the link here for your viewing pleasure.

Yep, not nearly as cool as I remember it but remember to factor in the GoPro wave multiplier, it was a nice big wave that sent me over the falls.   :smt003

Reminds me of this camera that was lost and found in a shorter timeframe. Check out the condition of the housing.

On my tuna fishing trips, I connect the camera to a strap worn on my neck. I can't swim; so...  :smt003

I'd send GoPro the camera and the story.  Chances are they will send you a free replacement just for the advertising.

I sent GoPro a message from their website and also included a link to this thread.  The head strap is in really good condition if a bit smelly.  My dog was REALLY interested in it last night.  The housing is in good condition except for the scratches.  Also a little rust or tarnish got in from the buttons onto the camera itself though it's very faint.

Wearing the headstrap in the surf without a leash was pretty dumb, I won't do that again.

Gopro was picked up tonight.  It was a gift from his Mom.    What area was that weight belt/knife lost in?  I'm all over that.  Better than hunting mushrooms.

Batt -

AWESOME!

That whole video was cool hearing and seeing the camera bounce across the bottom!

Is that a Halibut or a sole??

Very cool either way!

Thanks for sharing!
