  In front of the harbor in July, I was fishing a sabiki with a small fish trap for weight (.5 oz.), and all of of a sudden the spool was running and just as I was lightening the drag, the line broke. There were a lot of sardines then and I'm pretty sure that this was a striper feeding there, took off really fast parallel  to bottom. Could have been a halibut tho.

Everybody loves a good surprise. Nice catch! And good thing it wasn't a striper...that would've been bittersweet.

That is awesome...cutting out the middle man!!!
