Yea, I see it now! It actually looks bigger than 37".

We should all pay special attention to the little skiffs that have been fishing near us at the OAP.  I have a sneaking suspicion some of the these guys may not be playing by the rules.  If you've been there lately, then you know who and what I'm talking about.  If you see them keeping any undersize, please call 1-888-DFG-CALTIP (888 334-2258)

I did measured it but it was not easy.
