Granted some of us might have been a little hasty in bashing the company.  But it is interesting to note Hojoman received a reply stating we'd need to pay $19 a tire for the "upgrade" on the 12th.  Compare that to the timeline referenced in the letter above and it's clear why some of us were led to believe we were getting the runaround.

But that's water under the bridge, and I've probably said too much.  I'm glad Wheeleez came thru.

Thanks!!!

I should be on the list as well.
I'm in San Carlos, but will not be at BAM. If anyone can take my wheels to BAM for an exchange, I would appreciate it.

This is good news. I'm happy (and relieved) that Wheeleez is a company that stands behind their product.
Thank you Don for taking on this nasty task. You did a great job voicing our needs with Wheeleez.

Please add me to the list. I have one cart. If you like, I can give you the wheels when you pick up the bar.

So Far ..

HojoMan, Dans964, Mickfish, OldNewbie, EricB, Zeelander, JmpnFsh (x2), Brain G, Ben (x2), bblatt,

 Kevin, Alfredo,......

Keep them coming, I need to let them know soon, as to be sure they have the inventory,

 or need to order more,

Bam Looks as though it will be the major exchange date,

with a possibility of a Wheeleez Rep " Otto " showing at the Event to make the exchanges...

If they can't show at that date, I will try to help with logistics with picking up wheels and dropping off wheels,
I think, So far I'm not even going to Bam, I don't have that Day off yet.... :smt010

It is also possible to take your wheels to the factory in Benicia and make the Exchange,

If your in the Hood.  I would call first.

Hey Don I have two carts from the group buy that I need exchanged out as well. I have the GF going to Pleaston on the 26th of this month and I was hoping that I could have her swing by Bencia that day and swap the 4 wheels out. If you have the contact info for whoever will be handling this (Otto) I'd be more than happy to contact them to make sure that they would have 4 set aside. Let me know. Thanks again for the leg work. Oh its going to be nice NO more Flat wheels.

I have used at least 3 different types of wheel carts to haul my yaks though all kinds of terrain. The large wheeleez carts with the poly wheels are by far and away the best. It sounds like they are seriously trying to make things right so maybe we should stop busting their balls. I am really glad they took the time to design and engineer a product that  i consider to be the best.       Thank you wheeleez.          jack.

I will need two sets of wheels as I have two carts. Question, do we need to get our PVC wheels to you for the exchange?

Ben

Are you going to BAM or know someone close by who is...?

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend BAM. I will be at the MBK derby and can give my wheels to someone there who will be attending BAM. I'm not sure who is attending from this area. Maybe they will chime in and let me know.

Thanks
Ben

Ben, if you find anyone, who lives near Fremont, at the MBK tourney to drop your wheels, I can take them to BAM. Not sure if I will be kayaking, but I plan to go. It would give me another reason to drive down for a visit with you. I work in Sunnyvale...I can also take time off from work to pick up the wheels from anyone nearby.

I bought my 2nd cart thru the group purchase, but it looks like I was lucky and got the poly wheels (with the white rims, not black).  Good to hear that Wheeleez is coming through for those who need the switch though.  :smt004
