Shout out to Kokatat!

I manged to do something dumb and ripped my sleeve while taking off my drysuit a few months ago.  Finally contacted Kokatat and sent some pictures of the tear and they replied back that they would fix it free of charge if I had the standard 45$ test/repair treatment.

I had a suit that I sent in for a routine (or so I thought) leak test and they replaced the zipper for free. A year later, I sent it in for another routine (or so I thought) leak test. They told me it was delaminating and replaced the entire suit for free. Needless to say, I'm a big fan of Kokatat...

Hell ya ! Kokatat has one of the best customer service and warranty! My dry pants started to leak and I sent it in for repairs and they sent my money back and sent me a new pair! This is the second time they did for me! Love the Kokatat team.

I have great experience with their first class customer service too.
