BBQ and Hot Pot! :smt007

Pics to follow...

Prime rib/jus
Artichokes
Salad
Mashed taters
Pecan pie(substituted walnuts). First attempt...mighta come out to hard...overbaked, but maybe ice cream makes all things better...

Prime rib got mangled, almost too salty…happy nonetheless, pie turned out…look out for shells though…I thought it tasted onolicious…

Merry Xmas y’all
We had traditional beef roast, mashed potatoes etc.
The best part was a Shun Western Style chef knife and a sharpening stone that my wife got me for Xmas.
