Tiny Fish Slam

What are the rules for the Tiny Fish Slam?

For some reason I am currently # 1 but not sure why, when others have some impressively tiny fish.
My spotted bass is pretty impressive with a just barely 12" legal size with the tail bent a bit.
I was thinking it would be fun to collect 10 species of the smallest legal sized fish per species for the lowest total point count for 10 fish.
Is there any record of that?

I'm number 2?    Never noticed it before now.  It would seem that it's the inverse of AOTY, since only 10 count for AOTY and looks like the other 10 go to TinyFishSlam?
