I think there was 2 , maybe 3 during the day. They started biting around 730 pm to about an hour before sunrise.11 people. Was so comfortable. Plenty of room. Very few people tangling up. This fresh tuna Patty was delish that they prepared on the ship . Topped with freshly made slaw. :smt007

Well done and congrats. Heavy rip rollers 300-500g have been killing it the last couple seasons.

Try to stay well hydrated and keep enough electrolytes in your system to help with the cramping. Most boats have bananas onboard or bring some gatorade mix.

Did you say, Banana's ?  :smt005

I was lucky in that my bicep that cramped up was only about 30 seconds. More like a muscle adjustment.  :smt001

Thanks for the well wishes.  :smt001

Thanks to all that have wished me well.  :smt001

Thanks. We were very fortunate and there were only eleven peeps on the boat. Couldn't imagine the chaos with twenty people on the boat. These were fish the morning I was checking in. The grade of fish we caught seem to be about 35 lbs plus with a majority in the 40 to 50. Many in the 50 to 65 lbs

If you're ready for an 8 day trip there might be a few spots open on Kyle and Jesse's West Coast Charters trip on the Polaris Supreme next October. I just signed up and there's a few other NCKA'ers going.

Alright Alex….yellow card sir for improper use of the term shenanigans on a fishing trip  :smt001

Proper shenanigans are tossing a sardine into your buddies xtra tuff while he’s fighting a fish; tapping his rod to make him think he got bit or  putting all your bonito on his number  :smt003
..........agarcia is just an ex-kayaker

Or tying a 5 gallon bucket to their trolling rod when they keep disappearing during their trolling rotation.

Or turning all of their reels upside down on their rods at night.
