Where at Frank's did you launch from?  Always wanted to go check that area out, but haven't yet.

Piper point marina, but it’s bankers hours (not busy).

Russos is next door.  There are 3 to 4 parking spots on top of the levee; so you don’t need to carry up and down if you know what I mean.  It can get busy there especially with a bass tournament
