Theres a reason why you "buy local" for attorney services, not the least of which is reducing travel time expense.  For this client that would be viewed as material.

Travel expenses are nothing compared to the overall cost of a divorce.

FYI, I know more of Crash's background than Otis' and based on what I know, I would strongly consider Crash's comments/advice (and definitely no offense intended to Otis).  I can also see everybody is chiming in with well intentions.
