Is there a place to properly dispose of an inflatable boat?  I bought an Intex Mariner 4 about 2 years ago and it's leaking air.  I have to registered it with the DMV because I put a trolling motor on it.  How to I properly dispose and un-register this thing?

I'm sure someone on CL would want it and repair the leak.  :smt006

Once you junk it, you simply surrender the Certificate of Ownership to the DMV within 15 days.
