Anybody have a recommendation on where to send a drysuit for repair?  Wondering if there is one nearby San Jose, but a reliable good quality/service vendor is first priority.  Need to do all gaskets just for safety and I think there is a tiny hole somewhere, likely from broken zipper.  Thanks!

send it to the manufacturer. They usually will do it for a reasonable cost.

I recently sent my dry suit to Kokatat for service. Replaced the latex neck seal and both wrist seals.
Also did a pressure test to check for leaks. I think the total was around $257.

Gear aid has a patch kit for the leak, it’s a fabric sticker.  That’s what they would do, and cuffs are certainly diy if you care to… :smt006

Thanks for that reference!  I need all gaskets replaced and I think there is a small leak somewhere, so I am thinking probably get this done this time professionally.

I have Kokatat drysuit. Last time I sent it in for some minor routine maintenance (or so I thought), they told it was unfixable and they replaced it. In fact, they no longer sell the model I had, and the one they replaced it with was more than 50% more expensive than what I paid originally (I’d bought it originally on close out). So, if it was me, I’d go with the manufacturer, even if it is a bit costlier in the short run.
I don't like stuff that sucks.

Unfortunately the manufacturer is not an option.  They stopped making drysuit and wont honor the warranty since they discontinued making drysuit.  The manufacturer is Stohlqquist and I've been battling the warranty claim  since January 2021.  I've been sent around to so many different people and companies, I am about  ready to take them to small court.  I love the drysuit to death, otherwise I would've just dump it.  Stohlquist tho, they are ass.

Love kokatat. Had mine warrantied because of delamination. They even agreed to upgrade me at a very minimal cost.

I am not even sure at this point whether the drysuit is repairable or need to be replaced.  I am just very concerned about safety issues here and I just wish they would step up and do the right thing.  I've been sent to Stohlquist, Aqualung, and Immersion Research.  It has come full circle back to zero AFTER over a year  :smt011

Kokatat successfully repaired a bunch of invisible pinhole leaks in my drysuit for $45 plus shipping.

Definitely go professional route for fixes if you can. If you are trying to save money perhaps you could have a tailor sew any tears and then you could patch up with some wetsuit glue, however finding the pinhole might be difficult.
