Hello, I am from salinas I have gone out on the kayak a couple of times but have had no luck in Monterey And I hope I can get some help I am not very good at fishing.

If you are new to the sport it would be  good idea to go out with company. The weather can change quickly this time of year. There are many topics on safety. First and foremost, dress for immersion, marine radio and good lifejacket are just starters for safety.
