As a newby in the Kayak Fishing arena, I'm looking for recommendations for Fishing Tackle Bags that work best for Kayaking, specifically with Hobie Outback.

Thanks in advance for the recommendations..

Specific to the Hobies are the Hobie Gear Tray's that fit inside your hatch.  Can get a set of them and a carrier for it.  But It doesn't hold tons of gear, so I go with waterproof Plano's most of the time.  If I can though I get away with just one tackle tray, KISS.

I’ve had this one for 11 years and love it.  I need to sew it up wear it tore but hell it’s 11 years old.  Fits in a Outback perfectly.

I have been using Plano Z-Series Wrap for the last two years and highly recommend it.

For only $12.99 it will be a great investment.

It fits under my Hobie Oasis seat.

Thanks for the recommendations.  The wrap & pouch are interesting for small daily use items, but I'm also looking for something to carry all of my tackle in that I can strap down on the Kayak.  I've seen some crate style tackle boxes but looking for something like canvas.

I use a cheap bag like this from Walmart.  https://www.walmart.com/ip/Okeechobee-Fats-Small-Soft-Sided-Tackle-Bag-with-2-Medium-Utility-Lure-Box-Storage-Containers-Blue/24413558?athbdg=L1200

Mine holds 3 small Plano boxes and I hang it on the back of the seat.  Hobie inflatable.   You don’t need to take a ton of gear fishing from a kayak.  My boat has lots of gear, but is able to go freshwater or saltwater fishing pretty much by adding rods and reels.   Kayak, you are targeting a small selection of species.   When I fish Mission Bay, San Diego, I could keep most of my terminal tackle in the PFD really.   A few lead heads and some tails.   Pliers and Boca style grip are attached to the kayak.

While this is not canvas, here's what I did by using a tackle box made by a Japanese manufacturer (Meiho). It allows for attachments such as rod holders, lure holders, cup holders etc. The size was perfect to fit my hobie.

That's a pretty nice looking box!  Have a link to that?

This is the one.
https://meihotacklebox.com/collections/versus-wave/products/meiho-versus-wave-vw-2055-tackle-box. You have to purchase the other stuff separately like the rod holders etc.

I have this one too. Unfortuntely it didn't fit my revo and it cost too much to send it back so I kept it.

Hobie has a deeper version of their gear bucket but, of course, it's ridiculously expensive:
