Dang Jerry, Hang tough!

I met Jerry in person the first time, the week he contracted covid (week of crabfest), I was shuttling some gear he was selling to Alex.  Nice guy, we're talking about meeting up at a local pond for some bass fishing.

He PM'd me day before crabfest, told me he was positive - so my wife and I got tests the next day - negative.

I know he's still recovering from the cancer treatment, but Jerry strikes me as a strong guy - hang tough buddy, then lets go fishing.

Sending positive thoughts for you Jerry!

Jerry is still in the hospital today with serious COVID symptoms.

Doc says this could take me a week or two before I'm out of the woods.   Says I'll have some permanent lung damage and plan charter fishing but kayaking ocean will be too much.  We'll see.

Damn good to hear from you, Jerry!  You probably shouldn't be reading NCKA though     Godspeed on your recovery journey!  We all know kayaking is a pain in the ass, so nothing ever wrong with charter fishing
