Had a 10# butt in the freezer, figured better use.   1/2 and the bone were done Cuban Mojo marinated and the other half was sliced 1/4” thick and Al Pastor prepped.  Cooked on the Treager.  Also a picture of the Al Pastor spike I welded up.  Was having some argon problems, so weld was a little funky.

is there any kind of consideration you need to make when welding something you want to cook with? Like lead in the welding materials?
