That's funny. I think he is at Chabot Lake. It has a motor, he needs to add some CF number to it like it is a registered watercraft.

I think it’s Del Valle, Chabot only allows carry in water craft, and rentals.

Maybe adopt the motors and rig to kayak ?

You could do better if you want a motor.  he could barely move that light ass raft with the motors on it.  Still was hella funny and extra bonus points for going back to that place where he first said NEVER AGAIN due to the inspection process.
