I'm interested buying a Pelican bass raider 10e nxt fishing out of Carquinez Strait between Martinez and Vallejo. Just wondering is it stable enough. thnx

What do you plan to use for propulsion?

The wind picks up there really quickly.  Not to mention a lot of large ships and the current can be very strong on high tidal days. 

Are you on a budget?  Why not get a better tandem kayak or even a boat?
