Tried Thursday for four hours. The result. Check pic. Something bit off swim bait tail.  Lotta chovies in places and Lawson's reported "some" halibut caught but I didn't see any. Good drift tides and quite warm on the water till the wind arrived.

Could have been a goby or chaenopsid blenny...

Charles I missed you by a day! Went Friday. Had some decent sized perch attacking lures that were too big for them. Landed 1 that was 11.5 inches. Maybe a territorial perch?
