Santa cruz Monday-wednesday

gonna be a fest eh boys?
i was planning on heading out after i dropped my boy off at school, about 830ish, not sure if ill be launching out of cappy or hitting the harbor. either way ill have radio, ch 69 

I should be at the east ramp around 9am, catch some bait and head north to search for lings... unless someone can Lead me to another reef? Channel 69.

Fished Monday and Tuesday, saw a ton of wildlife including humpback whales right out front of the harbor entrance. Caught some bait and headed toward the seal rock. Tried live anchovies, KA, swimbaits and other diamond jigs only to catch small rockfish and an undersized ling. Ran into Sharklure2? I think and a buddy of his, he had a good size ling to the boat but it spit the hook before the net could be deployed. Weather was good, hopefully I'll be back out there the 8th-10th. Although I might try moss landing??
