To Fly or not to Fly

Sean I hate to get it started  but with  a Nice piece of Bling in the mix and a buncha BS, alcohol,Rules,Fishing sitting around the campfire a few questions came up on the fly only rule.

1)Fly Only does this mean with Fly Gear only casting? 

2) Does trolling a fly with any type of gear qualify? 

3) Are weighted flies or weights allowed? 

4) Do flies have to Hand Tied and made of Locally  Raised Organic Fowl or can you use Mylar or Rubber (hoochie)? 

5) If I hook Mooch on my backcast do I get bonus points? 

6) Can I troll around with Normal gear searching for fish then switch to fly gear when I find them ? 

7) Do I have to C&R and use barbless hooks? 

Do I have to join Trout Unlimited,Sierra Club and the Monterey Bay aquarium before I qualify? 

9) Do I get extra points for Bling Gear? 

10) Shooting Heads and Chest paks? 

Fish the fly any way you want...hooking Mooch is not worth points, but I will buy you a beer.  C&R are seperate extra ounces, fly and kill is a perfectly ok.  Flies are...well...flies.  A hoochie is not a fly.

There will be on the line than bling.  So the real question is can anyone out there beat Juan on his home field???
