Just bought a used kayak and found this cable zip tied to the mount but can't figure out what it would power.  Theres already a fishfinder thats hooked up with a different power cable as well as transducer that goes straight to the fishfinder so can't figure out what this would go into. Any thoughts on what else people usually use a power cable for in their kayaks?

Camera or GPS unit?
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

In my experience some FF units have only one plug that handles it all, and others have separate transducer and power plugs, it might be leftover from some prior install.

Like Tinker says, where's the other end go?

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks very similar to the power plug for my old Garmin GPSmap60csx that i used to have mounted to my dirt bike before i got a smartphone.

Looks like the power plug for my two different Garmin handhelds.
