Brand new kayak angler

Hey yall,

I just became a proud owner of a used Ocean Kayak Prowler 13T! Decided to make the jump to a kayak from a float tube since I found out that float tubing in the bay when the tidal currents pick up is not so fun. Also float tubing is S L O W. It's nice to see the camaraderie in the kayak community. I also have to thank youtubers such as MooMoo and TheLostAnchovy for their fishing kayak content. Hoping to make some content of my own once I hit the water!

Thank you. For some reason I can't modify my original post but I just wanted to mention that some waters that I plan on bringing my kayak to are Alameda rock wall, Berkeley pier, Capitola, Half moon bay and Lake Del Valle for freshwater.
