Greetings from the Monterey Peninsula

Hi All,

I am Brian and live on the peninsula. I used to fly fish but gave it up and switched to coastal fishing a couple of years back. I then met a local who took me out kayak fishing on the bay about three years ago and haven't turned back since. I will go on the occasional charter for salmon from time to time, but mostly look for rockfish and ling in the bay. Looking forward to meeting some of you out there and finding new places to fish.

I went out from the Monterey Harbor Boat Ramp today, but didn't have much luck. I usually head out from Coral St. or the turnoff between Lovers Point and Coral St. and have much better luck, but wanted to try something different.
