Felt a pang late one afternoon

One of my favorite bands growing up. They put on a killer show! Les Claypool is the man. Thanks Eddie!

Not sure if he still does, but Claypool used to have a boat up at Spud Point harbor in Bodega.

I heard his unmistakeable voice at outdoor pro shop one day, turned around and there he was.  “Mr. Claypool?”  I forget his response.  I put out my hand to shake his while thanking him for his influence in my experience of admiring his slappy funky gritty clean distorted bass style and he left me hanging, turned his handshaking palm into a fist and said “potato”, and we fist bumped.  Got a pic with him and went on my merry way.
