Any suggestions for a stand that could be used for rigging and storing my 2020 Hobie Outback?

One thing I have tried, and can say is not great, is storing it upright on 3" PVC pipes 11" apart to fit the hull.  What I have noticed is over time, the outside of the boat tends to sag around the PVC.  This distorts the central hatch just a bit to where the bucket insert impedes the hatch door from closing without a decent amount of downward pressure.  Not a good long term thing to deal with!  For rigging, this seems better than sawhorses alone, or on a flat surface like the ground or a table, but long term = no bueno.  I store the kayak upside down on saw horses after rinsing it off.  This is how Hobie recommends storing the outbacks.

I’ve been using the Hobie cradles on a 2x4 frame for my 2019 outback since I’ve had it (just over 2 years). I also use it to transport in the bed of my truck.

Works great with no issues. Only downside is the price, which is Hobie expensive.

I was looking at these two stands:

Suspenz Big Catch Heavy Duty Work Station, Model: 55-0130 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X2T7FL2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_v6m-FbTK53YK5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Hobie Floor Stand

As Nolanduke was mentioning, I am concerned that my yak may sag over the supports over time.

I don’t have any experience with either of those so hopefully somebody else can chime in for you. The Hobie one you linked is basically a metal version of what Nolanduke has made out of PVC. The suspenz one will also “possibly” warp the hull over long term storage due to the tri hull design of the outback. Most of the pressure will be on the center part, pushing it in until its even with the outer parts.

Both would work for short term rigging. For long term storage, as stated before, Hobie suggests upside down with the gunnels supported.

This - in most all cases, IMO. Best for the hull, long term.

For me, I like simple is better
I’ve been using this cart with a piece of plywood  to rest the yak on.
Sometimes I have some foam I rest  the corners on and sometimes I don’t . I have NO dents or warped bottom in 2 years
The rear ( near the rudder) also rests on a small bench that was available.
I use a bed extender for transport and to wheel the yak from one part of the garage to the bed extender... easy peasy!
Everyone will do their own thing but this is another inexpensive practical  option!

Scotty, looks like you're giving me some competition besides fishing, cluttered garage.  I'll have to step up my game this coming season.

Hey Soma
Yea I have too much clutter. Usually I am pretty organized but I’ve been out of commission for almost 2 months now with a knee injury so I haven’t been able to put my xmas stuff away!I had a meniscus/ligament repair on 12/14 and now in recovery, but Man it’s taking longer than expected because of the extent of the repair...
Good thing I have patience  :smt006

Sounds like we're running parallel lives.  My garage clutter is mostly from me hoarding camping and fishing junk.  Doctor's orders, no lifting over 5 pound so that's my excuse.  December 4th finally had surgery on my right bicep for a tear and also cleaning up on the rotator cuff.  Hopefully fully recovered by May.
