Its ALIVE...BAMIII

After all of the requests at Elk I went in and met with the modeling nerds to see what was up with forecast lake levels.  Serious water conservation has made a big improvement, and levels will be low, but not dire.

SOOoooo, I am putting BAM III back into gear.  Date and particulars to come.  There will be a few changes, I think you will like them all.
