Newbie Kayak Angler Bay Area

Good Morning All!

I’m Law, new to kayak angling. My fiancé purchased me a Hobie 2020 outback and I’m just waiting to go out. It’s been a year since ive gotten it and still haven’t touched water. I just installed my kayak hullavator and the kayak is about ready. Fish finder installed and gear is pretty much set up. I’ve been wanting to go out for crab season but none of my friends schedule align with mine and I’m itching to go. Hopefully I can meet some of you who could teach me the ropes and guide me on my first trip. Will purchase a pack of your favorite brew as long as you’re 21 or over 😋

I live in Pleasanton and In South San Francisco. Mainly want to target rockfish, Halibut  and Dungeness Crab.
