Super stoked!

Yay for my daughter Joy, 18, just scored a job at In n' Out!   I am thrilled that she would thrive potentially in a well run team in training and serving.

Sweet!!  Go Joy!!  They sure aren't hurtin' for business during the pandemic... she'll certainly get a lot of good experience.  Really good team building and compassion skills come from working in service like that.  I often say everyone should wait tables at one point in their life to learn compassion, but working in fast food is right up there with that idea.

In-N-Out burger not only makes great food and reasonable price.  It is one of the best-managed companies in US and she will be learning a great work habit.
I highly recommend teens to work at In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A.   I think Chick-fil-A even offers a college scholarship to employees.

Oh yes, that secret menu...it’s been studied well as geeky as my kids are.  The secret menu, or client creation options at five guys is quite elaborate as well...dare I mention the competition.  Nearest five guys is Petaluma.
