Guess I'm giving the wife a rundown tonight. Everyone should do the same. They deserve it

Rundown? Presuming you meant “rubdown” - but if not, elaborate?

I'm coasting on work from the fall season.
I've been making a fire in the wood stove in the evenings since the weather cooled off.
As I pick up a piece of firewood, I say something like :

"Hey I remember splitting this log in September. Remember how I did it all by hand after the evacuation?"

The wife's work office was (until recently) in the converted container which is like a refrigerator in the winter. I've been boiling water and putting it in a steel water bottle wrapped in a dish towel. It helps with cold hands!

these plus plenty of chocolate and Maker's Mark available seems to be working. Reminds me I need to hit up Costco soon....

Speaking of Dust Bowl...you know the WAF overfloweth when she brings home your favorite beverage (which is also fuel during those WAF-building projects in the backyard; so it’s a cyclical vibe...but you can’t drink TOO many of those fancy beers depending on the project dejour). Ha! Cheers :-)

She banned Therapist a wayz back :smt005...I'll manage to find one here and there.  Still crabbing Friday so far...at least I have a reason to...more crab...more WAF...I appreciate the 7 year checkup as these skills are very valuable.  Dang, how life has changed...   :smt006

Had to look up WAF in the urban dictionary.  Is there an app I can load to monitor my status and adjust behaviors as necessary?
