Hello,

My name is Raymond.  I am in the San Jose area so I have to travel to get out to the coast.  A little background, used to fish alot when I was younger, then I stopped.  I recently came back to it and am hooked again.  Saw videos of people catching on kayaks and it looked fun and I wanted to try it.  I just picked up a kayak this past weekend and I am slowly getting all the gear I need.  The only thing is I do not know anyone who owns a kayak to go out with, that is until my sister lets her hubby get one..lol

Heard about this site from one of the kayakers video I watched, TLA.  Hope to be able to get to know everyone and maybe get to go fishing with you guys.

Fish On!

Well another fisherman on. Welcome. Great place here to learn and get involved. Santa Cruz and HMB are going to be your go to spots. As mentioned check out the safety advice and use a LOT OF COMMON SENSE and you should stay out of trouble.

See you out there.

Thanks for the warm welcome!  Just waiting for my stuff I bought to come in so I can go out.  All safety items that was all suggested.   Spent more on top of the kayak, but it’s a new addiction!
