Recently visited my local supermarket as I was picking up some ingredients for fish tacos. One of the clerks recommended a new recipe for a "secret sauce" they used to use at a seafood restaurant he worked at. The recipe calls for a 50/50 mixture of mayonnaise and PLAIN Greek yogurt. Mix it up and add a dash of pepper and a squeeze of a lime. My new favorite white meat condiment!

Hmm, sounds ok - I might try that next time, I seem to always just want Chef Stefano’s sauce for fish tacos when it gets down to making them, though.

lol, Liam I was gonna say I've never heard of vanilla yogurt as a fish condiment. I was almost going to try it!

Yeah oops... I accidentally said sour cream and vanilla yogurt. Corrected it.

Hahahaha, I read it earlier and was like...WTF?  Vanilla + sour cream with some pepper and lime? Different tastes I guess lol  :smt044

The edit sounds better

I also love the Bang Bang sauce variation that I think BigJim? recommended a while ago.

Bang Bang Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
