Food-grade 5-gallon bucket

I have a couple if you want them - located in Castro Valley. 

I was surprised to learn that Lowe's also carries food grade buckets in most stores.  They carry them in 2 and 5 gallon sizes.  They're clearly labeled as such, too. 

I wish I had an ample supply of clay vessels for fermentation. I don't totally trust "food grade" ratings, but what can you do? A five-gallon clay fermenter will run about $100, at least at my local hardware store.

I am currently fermenting about 8 gallons of albacore trimmings. It should be amber liquid by next summer.
