Its been tasty. Made some nigiri, salmon in butter in cast iron, and some gravlax... barely put a dent in the stockpile

yum.  now that is respecting the fish!!  looks great!!

i even do a Japanese style grilled salmon head.  i try not to waste as much as i can.  here is a small salmon head and the collar grilled.
