Lowrance C-MAP Insight Pro Contour Line?

I have been using C-MAP Insight Pro map for my Lowrance Ti FF but many coastal locations only show 60' interval contour lines. (This force me to choose Lowrance Chart)
I have been scratching my head for days trying to figure it out.
Any advice?
It is set at:
    Chart Detail: Full
    Chart Categories: All chosen
    Depth Palette: Navigation
    Depth Filter Off

It also doesn't show any California Marine Protected Areas (MPAs)

I will buy you a case of beer if you can solve this issue.
