Hi. My name is Mik. I live in San Francisco. I have little experience kayaking, little time crabbing off Pacifica pier, and no experience fishing. I didn't grow up near any water, but I've been sailing around SF bay for about 5 years on and off. The few stupid things I already managed to do on the kayak made me realize that there is a big difference between sailing (lee shore bad) and kayaking (lee shore good). I have a hand me down Ocean Kayak Scrambler. I also hunt and I'm generally into getting cold / dirty and eating stuff I ran down. I've been reading through your open forum for a while and really looking forward to getting into all this! Have a great afternoon, Mik.

Welcome Mik! Where do you usually sail out of?

hey. i sail mostly out of Berkely marina, i'm with OCSC, that is where i learned. my buddy started sailing out of Alameda, so when the sick is over, we'll do that as well.
